Why should you come to us?

Our solder allows for a clean finished end products. It prevents the conductor from fraying that could otherwise result in permanently damaged products and decrease your profits. Mil-Spec Inc. does cutting, stripping, and tinning in a manner that avoids birdcaging. Why waste time with this consuming process when Mil-Spec Inc. can do it for you.

What types of solder do we have?

We offer two kinds of solder. Rohs compliant silver solder and 63/37 tin lead solder. A wide range of wire sizes can be processed in this manner. Mil-Spec is in full compliance with J-STD-00D.

How does Mil-Spec Inc. tin?

Skilled technicians allow for flux solutions to adhere to the wire. This acts as a bonding agent for the solder. Then the wire is dipped into the solder of choice. To get a better understanding of this process visually, check out the video below!
