TWISTING

Why should you come to us?

Mil-Spec Inc. can accommodate various twisting combinations. We can twist up to four conductors in-house. If more conductors are required for your product we are still able to provide.

What can Mil-Spec Inc. twist?

Two, three or four conductors can be twisted together in either a right or left lay. The length of the lay (twists per inch) is adjustable.

How does Mil-Spec Inc. twist wires and cables?

Using our Kenrake industrial grade machinery, your chosen wires and cables are fed through our system of pulleys to the bowe. Here is where the actual conductors are spun together to create your desired end product. Adjustments in the speed of our bowe creates the lay length. The twisted wire comes out of the bowe, where trained technicians wait to ensure that the required specifications are accounted for.
